Long-Acting GH Stack dosage chart
This summary compares component doses by route. These are separate component amounts, not a combined blend dose.
| Component / route | Dose | Frequency & duration |
|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 · Injectable | 2 mg | 2-3 times weekly · 8-12 weeks |
| Ipamorelin · Injectable | 200–300 mcg | 1-3 times daily · 8-12 weeks |
| Ipamorelin · Intranasal | 200 mcg | Daily · 4 weeks |
Long-Acting GH Stack dosage by administration route
CJC-1295 · Injectable
Reported injectable protocols use 2 mg per administration, 2-3 times weekly for 8-12 weeks. Another reported DAC schedule uses 1–2 mg subcutaneously once weekly for 8–16 weeks. Its weekly frequency differs from more frequent schedules and must not be applied to the no-DAC variant.[1][9][2][16]
The DAC form binds albumin and prolongs growth-hormone-releasing hormone activity. It may support sustained GH and IGF-1 responses.[1][9][10][2]
Ipamorelin · Injectable
Reported injectable protocols use 200–300 mcg per administration, 1-3 times daily for 8-12 weeks. A gradual bedtime progression starts at 100 mcg per subcutaneous injection in weeks 1–2, increases to 150 mcg in weeks 3–4, then reaches 200 mcg in weeks 5–8 and 250 mcg in weeks 9–12. One cycle pattern runs for 8–12 weeks followed by a 2–4-week break.[4][5][13][14][17]
Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor and triggers growth-hormone release. GH-pulse activity does not itself establish improved recovery, sleep or body composition.[4][5][3]
Ipamorelin · Intranasal
Reported intranasal protocols use 200 mcg per administration, daily for 4 weeks.[4][5][13][14]
Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor and triggers growth-hormone release. GH-pulse activity does not itself establish improved recovery, sleep or body composition.[13][14][3][4][5]
Long-Acting GH Stack dosage calculator
Calculate each separately prepared component using its own vial strength and final volume. A fixed-ratio blend requires the amount of every component; the total blend weight alone is insufficient.
See the reconstitution guidelines for preparation terms. For the distinction between separate preparations and mixed vials, read the mixing versus co-scheduling explainer.
Long-Acting GH Stack safety and side effects
Combination and product quality
This stack uses the long-acting DAC form of CJC-1295. Endocrine risks include changes in IGF-1 and glucose, fluid retention, numbness or tingling, blood pressure and sleep-apnea symptoms. Cancer history and anti-doping restrictions are relevant. A shared vial does not establish a shared administration frequency.[1][2][7][8]
Side effects and long-term safety
CJC-1295: Possible adverse effects include injection-site reactions, flushing, headache, dizziness, faster heart rate and systemic vasodilatory reactions. Long-term GH/IGF-1 effects, glucose effects, interactions and product purity remain uncertain.[11][9][1]
Ipamorelin: Water retention, appetite change, glucose and IGF-1 effects, and local injection tolerance are relevant concerns. Injectable product quality, pregnancy, active malignancy and sports restrictions also require attention.[3][6]
Route-specific dosing limits
Separate products and fixed-ratio blends have different preparation requirements. Keep the exact formulation, component amount and route with each recorded dose.

Common Long-Acting GH Stack dosage questions
Does Long-Acting GH Stack have one combined dose?
Each component has its own amount and schedule. A stack name does not define a blend ratio or combined dose.
Can the component doses be calculated separately?
Yes, for separately prepared components. Use each vial's peptide amount and final volume in the calculator. A combined vial requires its exact component composition.
