CJC-1295 dosage by administration route

CJC-1295 injectable dosage

Reported injectable protocols use 2 mg per administration, 2-3 times weekly for 8-12 weeks. Another reported DAC schedule uses 1–2 mg subcutaneously once weekly for 8–16 weeks. Its weekly frequency differs from more frequent schedules and must not be applied to the no-DAC variant.[1][2][3][9]

The DAC form binds albumin and prolongs growth-hormone-releasing hormone activity. It may support sustained GH and IGF-1 responses.[1][2][4][3]

Frequency and timing

Before bed is the usual timing.[3][1]

Cycle length and breaks

Injectable: 8-12 weeks. A standard break interval between courses is not established.[1][2][3]

CJC-1295 safety and side effects

Approval and product quality

CJC-1295 is not an FDA-approved drug.[8][2]

Side effects and long-term safety

Possible adverse effects include injection-site reactions, flushing, headache, dizziness, faster heart rate and systemic vasodilatory reactions. Long-term GH/IGF-1 effects, glucose effects, interactions and product purity remain uncertain.[5][2][1]

Route-specific dosing limits

GH/IGF-1 effects and anti-doping restrictions require attention. Medical review is especially important for endocrine disease, diabetes or glucose dysregulation, cancer or growth-factor-sensitive conditions, active serious illness, pregnancy, breastfeeding, pediatric use, and competitive athletics. Additional schedules attributed to Everything Peptide are reported patterns; citing research does not make these schedules clinically established or approved product instructions.[8][5][9]
