Semax is an ACTH-fragment analogue associated with neurotrophic and stress-response signaling. Nasal formulations have their own concentrations and delivery volumes.[2][3][4]

Semax injectable dosage

Reported-use amounts for Semax are ~300 mcg per administration, daily, for 4–12 wk. Another reported once-daily subcutaneous progression uses 200 mcg in weeks 1–2, 300 mcg in weeks 3–4, 400 mcg in weeks 5–6 and 500 mcg in weeks 7–12. The same source also lists a separate 6–8-week course followed by 2–4 weeks off; these are not nasal-product directions.[11][12]

Injectable Semax is a separate preparation of the ACTH-fragment analogue. Nasal concentration and spray volume do not define an injectable amount.[2][3][4][11]
