Reported-use amounts for PEG-MGF are 200–400 mcg per administration, 2–3x weekly, for 4–6 wk. An additional reported subcutaneous or intramuscular pattern uses 200–400 mcg twice weekly for 4–6 weeks. PEG-MGF is distinct from unmodified MGF; a protocol for one preparation does not establish an equivalent amount for the other.[9][10]

PEG-MGF is a pegylated peptide associated with IGF-1 splice-variant and muscle-repair signaling. It is distinct from full-length IGF-1 and IGF-1 LR3.[1][2][3][9]
