Route-specific dosing limits

Reproductive-axis stimulation is the main safety issue, especially around fertility treatment or hormone-sensitive disease. An alternative schedule uses a 1–10 nmol/kg subcutaneous or IV range with a variable frequency and a 4–8-week course. It does not resolve the kisspeptin-10 versus kisspeptin-54 preparation for that combined entry, so it cannot supply a dependable conversion to a fixed microgram amount.
