CJC-1295 (no DAC) dosage by administration route

CJC-1295 (no DAC) injectable dosage

Reported-use amounts for CJC-1295 (no DAC) are 100–200 mcg per administration, 1–3x daily, for 8–12 wk. A gradual subcutaneous progression starts at 100 mcg in weeks 1–2, increases to 150 mcg in weeks 3–4, then reaches 200–300 mcg in weeks 5–12. Schedules include once-daily administration and a separate two-to-three-times-weekly pattern.[12][13]

The no-DAC form is a short-acting Modified GRF 1-29 analogue. Its pulse-oriented GH signaling differs from the prolonged action of DAC-containing CJC-1295.[1][2][3][4][5][12]

Frequency and timing

Common injection timing is morning, after a workout or before bed.[2][12]

Cycle length and breaks

Injectable: 8–12 wk. A standard break interval between courses is not established.[12]

CJC-1295 (no DAC) safety and side effects

Approval and product quality

CJC-1295 (no DAC) is not an FDA-approved drug.[10]

Side effects and long-term safety

Injection-site reactions, flushing, headache, dizziness, blood-pressure symptoms and faster heart rate are relevant adverse effects. Long-term endocrine safety, glucose effects, interactions and product purity remain uncertain.[6][7][5][11]

Route-specific dosing limits

GH/IGF-1 effects and anti-doping restrictions require attention. Medical review is especially important for endocrine disease, glucose dysregulation, cancer or growth-factor-sensitive histories, pregnancy, breastfeeding, pediatric use, and competitive sport. Reported-use injectable schedules and additional protocol patterns are not established human treatment regimens or approved product instructions.[10][7][13][12]

For a blend calculation, each component's amount and the final volume must be known. A total blend weight alone cannot tell you the dose of each component.

Common CJC-1295 (no DAC) dosage questions

What is the CJC-1295 no DAC dose?

Common Modified GRF 1-29 protocols usually use 100-200 mcg per dose, 1-3 times daily, with morning, post-workout, or before-bed timing.

Is there a standard human dose of CJC-1295 (no DAC)?

A transferable human dose for CJC-1295 (no DAC) has not been established. A product strength or reminder amount does not establish a treatment regimen.[12]

Does CJC-1295 (no DAC) have a standard cycle or break interval?

Injectable: 8–12 wk. A standard break interval between courses is not established.[12]
